- Email address — collected at purchase (via ClickBank) and for demo verification
- License key usage — we log when your license is activated and used
- IP address — collected for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting
- Content generated — AI-generated results are stored in your personal session history within the dashboard
We do NOT collect or store payment information. All payment processing is handled by ClickBank, Inc.

- To deliver and manage your license key and access to the Service
- To send transactional emails (license delivery, demo verification)
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- To improve the Service
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- ClickBank — payment processing. Subject to ClickBank's privacy policy.
- Google Gemini API — AI content generation. Prompts may be processed by Google. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- OpenAI API — AI content generation (fallback). Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
- YouTube Data API — video search. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — typography. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Unsplash — background imagery. Subject to Unsplash's privacy policy.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a secure SQLite database on our server. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie ("MAXLDS_SESS") to maintain your login state. This cookie is required for the Service to function. It expires when you sign out or your browser session ends.
6. Data Retention
We retain your email address and license information for the duration of your license. Demo trial data is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data by contacting our support center.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
